Our simple faq to help your much loved teddy bear receive sympathetic repairs and restoration after an attentive analysis of character

How to send?

Simply dispatch with Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce, and then you are assured of a speedy and safe arrival to my Teddy Bear Hospital. Alternatively, send a message or call and arrange to visit.

Free Quotes?

Yes indeed, however only once received.

Is it possible to estimate the cost from a photograph?

I can estimate, however,  I can only quote once the patient has been admitted.

Can I change my mind?

Of course, I would only ask for the postage for his return.

What is the schedule for surgery, recovery and discharge?

Bears and co cannot and should not be hurried and I like to take time and make sure the best restoration is undergone, so an approximate time would be three to four weeks depending on an influx of patients.

 Is your quote inclusive of materials?

Yes, unless there is a necessity to buy in an excessive amount of mohair for large repairs, such as a missing limb or badly damaged torso.

My puppy chewed the nose off my precious Teddy? 

I have had thirty years of Teddy bear disaster stories and restored my fair share of bear noses; it’s magical to see the transformation from before to afterwards.

My precious Teddy Bear sat too long in front of the fire?

Yes, also a couple of poorly bears with burnt heads, difficult at times, however not impossible.

Do you have a minimum charge?

Yes £25.00 to cover the cost of the time the restoration takes, materials and postage and packing.
